Before the rebuild, Orange Salon’s digital presence had a few key problems:
- An outdated website that felt disconnected from their brand and was frustrating to use on mobile.
- No streamlined way to capture and qualify new guests before they called or booked.
- No cohesive connection between the website, online booking system, and the way stylists actually onboard new clients.
- Local SEO and Google Business optimizations weren’t being fully leveraged, despite a strong in-person reputation and reviews.
- Social media content didn’t yet fully reflect the daily energy, transformations, and stylist personalities that show up in the salon.
In a market where guests heavily research stylists, scroll hair photos, and check reviews before they book, that meant Orange Salon’s online presence wasn’t doing enough to support the very real demand they already had.
THE MISSION
Help Orange Salon:
- Launch a modern, mobile-friendly website that feels like the salon: warm, polished, and experience-driven.
- Build a New Guest Questionnaire system that captures essential info and lets staff respond in a personalized way.
- Integrate their booking software seamlessly so the path from interest to appointment is clear.
- Manage and optimize ongoing SEO and local SEO so they stay visible in the top local results where it matters.
- Capture the real in-salon experience through social photo and video, then turn that into consistent, on-brand content and ads.
The goal: create a digital ecosystem that consistently feeds new guests into the salon and supports retention and reputation at the same time.

For Orange Salon, we combined The Architect, The Oracle, and The Visionary — site rebuild, SEO/local SEO, and content/social production.
On the website and UX side, we:
- Designed and developed a new WordPress site that reflects Orange Salon’s positioning as an elevated yet welcoming hair destination, not just another strip-mall salon.
- Simplified navigation so guests can quickly find services, stylist info, products, and booking links without feeling lost.
- Built and implemented a New Guest Questionnaire that lets potential new clients share their hair history and goals, upload inspiration photos, and provide contact details and preferences.
- Structured that questionnaire so the salon team has everything they need to make first contact feel personalized and informed, instead of generic.
- Integrated their booking software directly into the site, making it easy for guests to move from “I like what I see” to “I’m booked” without bouncing between platforms.
- Manage and optimize on-site SEO to keep service pages aligned with what guests search for — cuts, color, balayage, extensions, treatments — in the Millbury/Worcester area.
- Oversee their Google Business Profile with regular posts, photo and video uploads, FAQs, and review management and replies that reinforce the strong reputation they already have.
- Have Rochelle visit the salon weekly to capture real content: stylists at work, transformations, finished looks, staff interviews, and genuine in-salon moments.
- Curate that footage into custom social posts and ads designed to showcase stylist talent, highlight guest transformations and reviews, and drive engagement on Instagram and Facebook.
This keeps their feed aligned with the brand line they use in social — effortless beauty, everyday luxury, camera-ready hair — while giving potential guests a real sense of what it feels like to be there.

With the new systems in place, Orange Salon’s numbers tell a clear story:
For a single-location salon, those aren’t vanity metrics — they’re a steady flow of new guests, calls, and social proof that keep the chairs and books full. Social engagement is already trending up too, even though the dedicated content capture and posting workflow only began in April 2026.
